Print this Sheet, laminate and keep with Field Box

Place a check next to item when completed:

_____Engine off / idle, blades stopped.
_____Clear active runway / Hoverpad.
_____Turn off rx and tx (unless immediate refuel / relaunch)
_____Close fuel shutoff clips.
_____Check battery voltage with ESV / Battery monitor.
_____Inspect entire helicopter for loose, worn, broken or leaking parts.
_____Wipe off excess fuel / oil deposits.
_____Refuel Main and Header tanks. (Open / close fuel shutoff clips as required)
_____Close all fuel shutoff clips unless immediate launch.
_____Store heli in secure area out of direct sunlight.
_____Surrender Frequency clearance unless ready for flight.

_____Defuel heli as required.
_____Run Out remaining fuel in engine.
_____Turn off rx, gyro and other electrical equipment
_____Surrender frequency clearance.
_____Clean entire heli with soft rags and cleaing solution (Glass Plus, Simple Green)
_____Inspect Main and Tail blades for cracks / dents.
_____Inspect entire heli for loose, cracked or other damage.
_____Secure heli for transport
_____Secure Ground Support Equipment
_____Inventory all tools, radio gear, support equipment and related items.
